1. I can't seem to login, it just keeps saying the username/password is not valid.
- Go to the Gunbound website and check your username and password, it may just be that you have wrong password with
the wrong username.
- Register your username at the Gunbound website.
2. It won't download the 'fetch' files automatically.
- Go to the download section on the Gunbound website and click the 'Manual Patch Download' Option.
3. I've lost my password.
- Underneath the login on the website, there is a button which says 'Lost Password', click on this button and type in
your username. An email will be sent to you with your password in it.
4. I can't use the avatar shop; it won't let me go in.
- Check that you have verified your email address. This is one of the problems caused by not verifying your email address.
